Patches and Badges
Emily and I had fun, fun, fun! We toured around downtown Seguin, setting up lights, striking some poses, yes both of us, and made some super fun photos along the way. Emily has a letter jacket that is a mere canvas for her Band and Tennis patches and badges. Mine was never this cool, mainly because I lettered in cross-country and in high school that wasn’t cool.
Emily is just so full of socialness and giddiness, not sure if both of those are words, but you get the idea.

Singing in the not ever gonna Rain
The new park in downtown Seguin is an Oasis for photography with clean lines and good vegetation/flowers. The old stone walkway and rose garden provided variety against the newer walkway bridge. At this point, thanks goes to Emily’s dad for keeping us hydrated and caffeinated on a warmer than it should have been day.

Rocking the hip turn

Backhand Winner
After we played downtown, the setting of Starcke Park became our backdrop. I have been wanting to do a few more dramatic sport portraits and Emily served as a willing model for our Beauty Dish lit, ambient dropped sportrait. This example is a good fusion of my formal portraiture work blended with my sports photography. Let us know how we can help tell your dramatic sports story.
Thanks again to Emily and her parents for a fun Sunday afternoon
