Street Vendors and Business Man
Editing photos taken in Kolkata, India while listening to Willie Nelson almost gives me instant jet lag. Working through all the RAW files my 5D captured while traveling to Kolkata for a destination wedding. This batch focuses on the feel of the city as we traveled around on Friday. We visited the Victoria Memorial Museum, the Kalighat Temple and a river cruise on the Ganges. These photographs are my newest attempt at street photography, I am no Winogrand but I hope to impart the feel of the town anyhow.

The Ganga in the stage that it flows past Kolkata is the river Hooghly: that bridge in the last photo is thus called the Second Hooghly Bridge, formally titled the Vidyasagar Setu.
Also, those are some -wonderful- pictures!
